| 2. | Upon receipt of the packet, please complete the document thoroughly using our easy to read instruction guide. If you require assistance, please contact us at 1-800-820-2144. |
| 3. | After completing the document, the homeowners must notarize their signature(s). Notaries are licensed officials who verify and attest to a document signer's identity. Notaries are commonly located at banks, credit unions. UPS Stores, and FedEx Stores. |
| 4. | After notarizing, you must file your document with the County Recorder where the property is located. A list of the local County Recorders will be included in the instruction guide. Typically the filing fee is less than $25.00. |
