My Legal Depot makes it simple to file an amendment/change. Simply contact our office at 1-800-820-2144 and a representative will begin processing your documents by asking you a few simple questions. Afterwards, you can finalize your order with a credit card payment.

- Our experienced staff will review your order for errors and inconsistencies. We will prepare and email the amendment/change documents for your review within 2 business days.* If you do not have a printer, we can have a hard copy mailed to you at no extra charge.
- After reviewing the documents, simply print and sign. Mail the signed documents to our office and we will complete a second review to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- After passing the review, we will file the documents with the appropriate government entity. Filed copies of your document will be returned via USPS first class mail.
